Dear Clients,

Over the course of a week from the 14th of January, we will be making a series of releases internally to migrate to a new core database where we manage catalogue data. As the changes must be made incrementally, during this time there is an increased risk of temporary data discrepancies when calling our Catalogue API. The most likely data discrepancies you may encounter will be related to either product metadata or availability.

Clients still integrated with our legacy CSV Feeds product will observe data discrepancies from the 14th of January onwards, as Feeds are still being populated by an old database. We therefore encourage you to migrate to our Catalogue Events product as soon as possible.

If you notice a data discrepancy, we recommend checking the same data 24 hours later as the issue will likely have been resolved. You can also raise any issues with your client success manager.
