We will be upgrading the underlying infrastructure powering the downloading endpoints, in order to comply with an urgent supplier change. The API is anticipated to be unavailable for up to 5 minutes during the upgrade.

We will have a full support team available during this period and will be able to react to any negative impact on the platform immediately.
