On Wednesday 22nd March at 11:00am, we’ll be migrating the database for downloads and locker to the cloud.

The purpose of this is to increase the database infrastructure’s reliability and scalability.

This transition will result in a period of downtime for end users using the following endpoints:

Downloading API
https://docs.7digital.com/reference/download-1

Purchasing API
https://docs.7digital.com/reference/about-the-purchasing-api

The period of scheduled downtime during this window is anticipated to be no longer than 30 minutes, and will occur between 11:00-11:30 GMT.

We will have a full support team available during this period and will be able to react to any negative impact on the platform immediately.
