Dear clients,

On Wednesday 25th Jan at 11:00am, we'll be migrating the database for subscriptions from web-db01 in the on-premises data center to a cloud-based AWS RDS instance.

The purpose of this is to increase the database infrastructure's reliability and scalability.

This transition may result in slight disruptions in managing the stream subscriptions of end users, such as creating, updating, or retrieving information about subscriptions and plan codes. It will also affect play logging & device authorisation endpoints.

The period of scheduled downtime during this window is anticipated to be no longer than 30 minutes, and will occur between 11:00-11:30 GMT.

We will have a full support team available during this period and will be able to react to any negative impact on the platform immediately.
