During this maintenance window we'll be moving our API Framework Database into AWS as part of our continued work towards ensuring a high availability platform. During the window there will be a period of up to 30 minutes where users are unable to create three legged oauth tokens. This maintenance only affects API consumers that are creating oauth tokens to authenticate their users, any API consumers that instead create users against the ~user/create endpoint will be unaffected by this maintenance.
