Dear Clients,
We are moving the location of the API endpoints that perform the changes to 7digital and partner user data, and the primary place where this data is stored, i.e., the creation, deletion, and update of users. We are doing this as part of a schedule of platform improvements. This is the rescheduled maintenance that was originally attempted on April 26th.

Planned date: Tuesday, May 17th Planned start time: 10:30 (UTC) Planned finish time: 12:00 (UTC) Estimated duration where user changes aren't replicated: 20 minutes (we expect this part to occur at 11:00 UTC)
It is possible to call user-api endpoints, such as user/create , during this change, but the changes won't appear in the other APIs for a period of time.
Should we need to rollback a similar amount of time will be needed.
We however expect minimal disruption and will have support staff available to remedy any potential issues that may arise.
