7digital will be implementing changes to the HTTP status code that is returned for specific classes of errors on our platform. These changes are being made with the goal of enhancing the overall intuitiveness and consistency of our API.

By improving the clarity of the status codes, we aim to provide a more user-friendly experience and facilitate easier interpretation of error responses. These updates will contribute to a smoother integration process.

You should ensure that your code is compatible with our API returning either 200 or 4xx for these conditions, and continue to check responses for errors as outlined here:

On Thursday 16th June at 10:00am UTC we will update the following endpoints in our subscriptions API:

Create a subscription (POST ~user/unlimitedStreaming)
Retrieve subscription status (GET ~user/unlimitedStreaming)
