Dear Clients,

On Wednesday 16th August at 10:30 UTC, we will be upgrading the underlying infrastructure powering the Catalogue and Media Delivery endpoints in order to comply with an urgent supplier change. We anticipate there will be up to 10 minutes of downtime during the upgrade.

We will have a full support team available during this period and will be able to react to any negative impact on the platform immediately.
